ACT 250 NOTICE MINOR APPLICATION #8B0322-4A 10 V.S.A. 6001 - 6093 On September 9, 2020, Hill Farm LLC, 458 Hill Farm Road, Sunderland, VT 05252 and Vermont Land Trust Southwest Vermont Mettowee Valley, 10 Furnace Grove Road, Bennington, VT 05201 filed application number 8B0322-4A for a project generally described as the elimination of the previously approved free standing 60-seat restaurant and to construct a new restaurant addition on to the northern side of the existing event barn and to add a new kitchen to the lower level of the event barn. The project is located at 458 Hill Farm Road in Sunderland, Vermont. No hearing will be held and a permit will be issued unless, on or before November 5, 2020, a party notifies the District 8 Commission in writing at the address below of an issue requiring a hearing, or the Commission sets the matter for a hearing on its own motion. Any person as defined in 10 V.S.A. 6085(c)(1) may request a hearing. Any hearing request must be in writing to the address below, must state the criteria or sub-criteria at issue, why a hearing is required and what additional evidence will be presented at the hearing.
