MEETING NOTICE: Oldcastle Productions, Inc. 331 Main St., Bennington will apply for a US Dept of Agriculture Community Facilities grant and loan in support of a 23 kilowatt solar array. The array will be installed as part of a community solar project at the Vermont Mill Properties, Benmont Ave., Bennington.
