Bursuck and Mary Beth Bursuck dated June 26, 1978 and recorded in Book 77, Page 259 of the Manchester Land Records. Said lands were conveyed to William D. Bursuck and Mary Beth Bursuck by warranty deed of the Rutland Savings Bank dated December 13, 1976 and recorded in Book 73, Page 508 of the Manchester Land Records and by warranty deed of Scott A. Curtis and wife dated June 12, 1954 and recorded in Book 50 Page 320 of the Manchester Land Records and therein described as follows: Said lands are located on the Northerly side of William Street in the Village of Manchester, and comprise Lots 18 and 20 in the Orvis Addition, a survey and description thereof being recorded in Book 21(sic) at Page 140 of said Land Records. Lot 18 in said description is described as being 10 rods North and South and 5 rods East and West. Lot 20 is about 5 rods on William Street, 10 rods on its East Line, 2 rods on North and adjoining Lot 16 and bound on the West by lands formerly of O.L. Cushman. Commonly known as: 38 Williams St, Manchester, VT 05254 Reference is hereby made to the above instruments and to the records and references contained therein in further aid of this description. Terms of sale: Said premises will be sold and conveyed subject to all liens, encumbrances, unpaid taxes, tax titles, municipal liens and assessments, if any, which take precedence over the said mortgage above described.
