Coyne), et al., Vermont Superior Court, Bennington Unit, Civil Division, 54-2-20 Bncv, foreclosing one mortgage given by Elizabeth A. Barber (A/K/A Elizabeth A. Barber-Greene, A/K/A Elizabeth A. Coyne) , to CTX Mortgage Company, LLC, dated January 25, 2006 and recorded in Book 429, Page 105 of the Bennington Vermont Land Records, presently held by the Plaintiff, U.S. Bank Trust N.A. as Trustee of the Chalet Series IV Trust via Assignment of Mortgage Agreement dated July 16, 2019 respectively, the real estate with an address of 314 Elm St, Bennington, VT 05201 will be sold at public auction at 10:00 am on April 29, 2021 at the location of the Property. Property Description. The Property to be sold is all and the same land and premises described in the Mortgage, and further described as follows: Being all the same lands and premises conveyed to Elizabeth Ann Barber by Quitclaim Deed of Thomas J. Greene and Elizabeth Ann Barber fka Elizabeth Ann Barber-Greene dated August 24, 2015 and recorded August 25, 2015 at Volume 508, Page 231 of the Bennington Land Records. Beginning on the south line of Elm Street, so-called, in the Village of Bennington, at the northwest corner of land sold to John J. Leahy; thence westerly on said Hogel's north line three (3) rods; thence northerly parallel to said Leahy's left line about eight (8) rods to the south line of Elm Street; thence easterly on the south line of Elm Street three (3) rods to the place of beginning. Said premises are commonly known as and by street number 314 Elm Street. Terms of Sale. The Property shall be sold "AS IS WHERE IS", to the highest bidder for cash or wire funds only. The sale of the Property is subject to confirmation by the Vermont Superior Court, Civil Division, Bennington Unit. The Property is sold subject to unpaid taxes, municipal assessments, and superior liens, if any. The public sale may be adjourned one or more times for a total time not exceeding 30 days, without further court order, and without publication or service of a new notice of sale, by announcement of the new sale date to those present at each adjournment or by posting notice of the adjournment in a conspicuous place at the location of the sale.
