REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Shires Housing requests proposals from architectural firms for design services related to the rehabilitation of 29 units of multi-family housing and 1 commercial unit. The project includes 7 multi-family buildings, four one-unit cottages, one commercial space, and the conversion of one commercial space to a residential apartment, as well as arriving at a construction cost estimate with an independent cost estimator. The project will be located in Arlington Vermont. Qualified applicants will have comparable experience as well as knowledge of affordable housing, publicly funded projects and federal regulations.
